How much should I pay for 99 ITR from dealer??

definitely typical dealer. I can hardly remember a dealer visit where they didn't give some information that was false.

 

What color is it?

The US models only came in the following colors for the following years:

White - 97 & 98
Yellow - 00 & 01
Black - 00 & 01

I don't beleive (I could be wrong) that Canada ever got Phoenix Yellow ITRs ever. So the only way you could be looking at a '99 Canadian ITR is if it is White, cause '99 was not a year for black there.

 

ask him about the '96 Type R too

pay as much as you can you will have car 1 of 1 for that year. a true collectors item

 

look on the center console. it should tell you the year on the badge (98-0325 for example is 1998). then tell the dealer to lower his price because he's stupid
