it looks like someone welded the wastegate elbow on pointing the wrong direction, when you consider an A/C setup.. also the flange looks angled so it would put the turbo into the condensor or radiator

</TD></TR></TABLE>yes a local shop welded the wastegate elbow on and not everyone is always worried about a/c and p/s.as for the flange yea running a full radiator isn't really a option but i have a ef that i was going to run a half radiator anyways.i think on eg/dc that have more room it would work.
