Default need help with ubend

trying to find a ubend pipe that fits my car but most sites dont seem to have any measurements on them. Some pics of what i have, It rubs my dp at low rpms think it needs to be about 6 or so inches in the middle. Its 2" piping if any one could point me in the right direction thanks

clock the compressor housing outlet towards the radiator a little bit more so the pipe come off further away for the DP

ya I tried that got it better but not much room with the radiator, you can see how angled the pipe is already. I figure the fab guys order more piping than anyone else, just trying to figure out how they measure them, Is it inside to inside or outside to outside?

best bet would be to cut it at the u bend that comes around the frame rail and shorten it by a few inches and have it re welded or use a coulper.

cut the red area, in a 30-40 degree angle, rotate it use a coupler or weld the straight pipe. cut the radiator support tab and cut the u or 90 for the inter cooler to flush it wiht radiator support. dont be intemidated by my supreme photoshop skilz

I agree, but if he had the capacity to do this properly he wouldnt be asking for help. I could easily do what I drew for him except with four 10 degree slices and some tig welding and it would be perfect

thats way over complicating things. only thing that really needs cut and modified is the ubend at the intercooler. oh and that tab on the core support.

I just prefer to have things semetrical. Instead of a pipe cutting diagonal.

ya my welding skills are not that great Ive made some small brackets and things but when it comes to piping It never comes out good, and I only have a mig that doesnt help. My plan to start was to cut at the u and put a coupler but I like to use the least amount of couplers as I can. The main thing I needed to know is when you order a ubend how do you measure them? Like when they say they have a 6" centerline radius, does that mean it will be 12" from pipe to pipe?

it should be 6". heres some reference so I want waste my time trying to explain why.

centerline radius – The most common specification for the arc of a tube bend. Physically, it is the location of the crown of bend; geometrically, it is the continuation of the vertical centerline of the tube into the arc. Compare neutral axis. See geometry for illustration.
