sir2 gauge cluster

Default sir2 gauge cluster

yes another one of these questions. buts its a simple one answer question. what is the green plug in the back behind the cluster for?

i had a dx cluster in my 94 civic coupe ex(long story) and i dont think it was plugged in anywhere.


now is there not a plug-in for the green plug? i dont see one but then again i could be blind.

Are you talking about the green/yellow plugs that plugged in the bottom of the stock cluster??

well there is a yellow and green

yellow=srs

green=?

and the dimmer switch is not dimming either(i can move it all the way up and down and nothing happens. the lights arent that bright though, there not fully illuminated)??? is it connected through the green plug? im not worried bout the srs plug.

Yeah, when I swapped my JDM SiR II cluster in I only used the 2 big plugs on the sides, because the green and the yellow ones don't have anywhere to plug into on the cluster. Also the dimmer switch doesn't work when you swap for the SiRII cluster and the amber lights on the cluster are normally very dim just FYI.

ok. thats what i was tryiing to figure out. thanks for the help guys


and it kinda sucks how dim they are. is there lights you can replace the bulbs with???

The green plug is for the cruise control indicator light. You will not need to plug it in.
