where can i get a sharp/tight radius 2.5" 90deg bend?

hey guys

anyone know where i can get a a sharp/tight radius 2.5" 90deg bend? preferably in stainless steel.

just found out my down pipe is cracked. i have a a/c compatible manifold that is really tight/close to the compressor so space is a real issue.

the current pipe is just a standard 90deg 2.5" pipe that was sliced/cut to make fit and i can hardly thread the bolts in since it's so tight. i wanna try and do a nicer job this time around. there has to be a better way...

Unfortunately the tight radius bends cost like 3x as much as the standard radius bends.

ouch......that is pretty expensive for such a small peice....

how about mild steel....that should be cheaper?

dont use that. its piping; not tubing. if you notice the ID is way bigger than 2.5" tubing. not to mention a downpipe made out that will weigh 50lbs!
