Dent in lower shirt. Need help.

Dent in lower shirt. Need help.
Hey guys, I just purchased an 1989 Civic Hatch and it has a dent on the lower skirt pretty close to were the jack should go in the front. Is there any way to repair this without complete taking it out and getting a new peice? There really isnt a crease just a rather large dent.
