Ventilation under your hood ? ? ? ?

Ventilation under your hood ? ? ? ?
Will a 92-95 civic (EG) engine easily heated up compare to 96+ civic (EK) ? ? Because i realise that for a EG civic there is no vent hole in between the 2 headlights . . unlike the EK's . . . . 
What can i do to lower the temp under the hood other then changing the hood to one with a vent cos i find it ugly for a civic to have a hood with a vent

i wouldnt worry about it
if you have an aftermarket header, heat wrap will take the bay temp down
if you dont, there really isnt much you can do short of cutting a hole somwhere or installing a cooling system.
