Default #19 Fuse blowing problem!!!

Here's the scenario: I doing about 55mph, and approach a bridge and I guess the section/break where connects the bridge to road had a freaking small gap and hump, a lot of the roads here are like where bridges are, but anyways, my shocks are shot and when I hit the bump, I'm pretty my great grandma felt that in her grave, i thought my car was about to fall apart.

At that moment, my gaugelights and taillights went out. So I immediately checked my #19 fuse, and sure enough it was BLOWN. I put another one in, and it blew....

Does anyone know whats causing my #19 fuse to blow??? I need my gaugelights so I can see my gauges lol..speed and fuel, etc... and of course my taillights so nobody won't run into me, my brake lights work though, thats the #15 fuse.
Car is 94 EX.
Help me please!

Had this probelm once, and tail lights full of water can sure make it blow. If not that look for shorts.

ima pull the cluster tomorrow morning and see if any wires are partially connected and what not. I do know that my CD used to short out until i wrapped the harness tightly together and at the soldered connections(they were wrapped individually and then all together).
