Default help me out with an advice peace!

How you guys doing, I got a white , factory painted 00 accord, and someone backed into my car for a range of about 3 feet at low speed and hit my front bumper, nothing is dented or chipped, but there are a few black marks on my front bumper by the license plate, i took off some marks by a rug, now I'm wondering is it possible to take all the marks off? Would detailing and waxing the car help, I'm sure guy guys would know more about this so what is your advice?

Take some thinner over it. It's just scuff marks. Should come rite off.

If it didn't break the clear, Tar Removar will take it off. Do not spray it directly on the car spray it on a rag and then use it to wipe the scuff off and then go over it with window cleaner right after.
