What heat range spark plugs to use with boosted B16?

What heat range spark plugs to use with boosted B16?

Im throwin the turbo kit on my b16 next week and Im not sure what plugs to run. I'll be running 12-14psi on 8.58:1 comp.

NGK Iridium?
Denso Iridium?

Should I even run Iridium plugs? What is a good heat range for my application?

ngk bkr7e-11 gapped at 28 to 32 range GL
