Any superchargers for the B20?
I'm not sure which intake flange the B20 has, but if it is the same as one of the other B series engines, you could snag a used one from another engine and put it to good use on yours. There may not have been a B20 specific supercharger since the B20 was not intended to be a tuner engine in the CRV
jrsc for the ls and b20 suck cause they come with too small of a blower to make power, put on a gsr or itr head and then slap a jrsc on that bitch and it will be a nice street setup
I have a kit from Jackson Racing Supercharger for a CR-V, but they stopped making them a while back. Its on my B20 that is going into a 1999 civic si.
BUT --- The supercharger kit for the Acura Integra Non VTEC will bolt straight to a B20b/z engine. Now, that supercharger kit come's with the smaller M45 blower, but on a B20 it will boost a slight bit more due to the larger crank pulley...
If you have a look on Jackson Racings web page http://www.supercharger.com and go to the DYNO section you will see one for a CR-V, these are the estimated power figures you will make on a B20 engine with the LS integra kit, that is the M45 blower.
If you are looking for more than that amount of power the best thing to do is to contact endyne and ask them to custom re-make a vtec civic or integra manifold bolt pattern to fit a B20 and therefore house the M62 blower, which is much larger.
I on the other hand am not looking for a V8 killer, so i have decided to stick with the M45, port and polish it. Invest in the LHT water intercooler, and maybe just maybe the stepper pulley for a slight more boost, but im just wondering if its not easier buying an M62 and not the intercooler...
