so sunday night after just cruisin around town looking for v8s to kill i come home and park my car...not one problem the whole day. the next morning i try to start my car and the motor is turning over a lil rough and i hear some rattling noises i stop right there and waited till someone could come over later and locate the noise...turns out its coming from the head..we get the head off and theres a big chunk of the intake valve guide sittin on my cp piston.

piston was beat the hell up along with the combustion chamber in the head....stock valve guides ftl...
