I brought a set of 17" Arospeed RS-GTs from my neighbor, that were on his '89 CRX. So I thought they should fit, since they're both Hondas, but for some reason they didn't. They are like also an inch shorter in distance between lug studs. If anybody knows let me know? Thanks!

 

correct... all 90-97 Accords and 98-02 4cyl Accords are 4x114.3

The CRX has a 4x100 lug pattern

 

They were universal too

 

the rims were universal (2 sets of four holes) and didn't fit?

Usually in that situation they are 4x100 and 4x114.3 I wonder what the other hole pattern is, maybe try contacting the manufacturer?

YEAH. ALL 90 AND UP FOUR LUG ACCORDS ARE 4X114.3. IF THOSE RIMS FIT THE CRX BUT DIDN'T YOUR CAR THEN THEY PROBABLY HAVE THE 4X100 BOLT PATTERN AND THE 4X108 PATTERN WHICH IS USED FOR THE FORD FOCUS AND FORD 4 LUG VEHICLES.

+1^ ....just ease up on the CAPS next time man ....but on the issue at hand I also agree....not quite sure of 4x108 pattern but i will say i've been in the same boat before....to the OP prolly wouldv'e been a better idea to "Test Fit" them before you bought them....anyway you could possibly get your money back?

 

Yeah, I'm definitely getting my money back! My neighbor that I brought them from has a friend that wants them. I just don't understand why they didn't fit. They were on an Accord before and fit fine. If my wheel pattern isn't 4x114.3, what is it then?

 

Aren't the pre-90's accords 4x100? Was it on one of them? Are you sure it was on an Accord? If your accord is 4 lug, then it has to be 4x114.3.
