Default $100 on a car?

Quite simply, if you had $100 to put into your car, what would you do with it? Assume you couldn't just save it up (as if your parents or siblings wanted to buy you something for your car and had a $100 budget).

Would you go for appearance or some sort of performance mod? I've had a few ideas: a nicer set of lugnuts, extended studs, a lip, headstuds, rear sway bar, other stuff. I'd like to think what other people would look for.

Damn that's a tough one, I honestly don't have a single clue, can't really do anything performance wise, DYI Intake maybe...

Damn I'm stuck...

Yeah you can definitely get like a used ITR 22mm rear sway bar (something I'm looking for), or a polyurethane front lip, or Skunk2 lugnuts. These are all things I'm trying to decide between and I'm seeing if anyone has any other good ideas.

The trick is to not think too big! Think of the little things that help a car out, but you never think of them until after you're ready to put everything on the car.

New flywheel? Tow hook? ARP headstuds? Short shifter?

True that, I like the knock off ebay special strut bar package thing... rear ITR sway bar isn't bad either assuming the... hmmm...

Are we supposed to be thinking for stuff for our own cars when they were bone stock? When I first saw this thread I was thinking of a base line model something...

He's not thinking of something for himself, he just made it as a fun "what if" thread.

Well, I drive a 98 Honda Civic but this thread is more for people's own ideas for their cars rather than people thinking of things for me. I'm only seeing if someone will think of something I can apply to my own ride.

NINJA: ^^^ Think of things for your own car as they are now. Or anything you got for your car that cost < $100.

I do, therefore JJjuun R wins the arguement, yaaay

I agree with a lip, that'll be the most obvious upgrade i think with 100 bucks.

I say oem style foglights and that would leave you some change for es bushings for your shifter if you have a manual

Find some used springs, suspension is my favorite mod on my car. Or are used parts cheating? haha

Definitely some good ideas in here. I got my Skunk2 short shifter and ****, and the package I ordered came with the wrong bushings so the stock ones had to go back on... I completely forgot about that though

*goes to add es bushings on Christmas list*
