I will be getting my block + head back shortly from the machine shop. I am wondering would like to see a write-up on a d16z6 vitara build, whether just to see, or reference for their own build and so on. If you want you to see, ill try my best to make it happen .

I've got a built tranny with a Quaife LSD and a stage 3 clutch if your interested Good luck either way

my homeboys makin 227 on stock internals so 300 shouldnt even be a goal lol.. id aim more for 350 to start...

Im just going for 300 out of box b/c i dont want to throw it all it right after break in period.

I have the 75.5 vitaras so i told machine shop to give me a .003 p2w clearance, it'll end being around .020 over stock. If you dont have your vitaras yet get the 75.5's b/c the 75's got really give you a option to choose p2w .

 

Hell yeah I would like one cuz i want to build my JDM D15B Vtec later on in the future and i want to know what im looking at when i do it, since i dont know **** about internals BIG Up to you man G/L and let us know when u finish it

 

i have a vitara build with rods, 8.5 to 1 compression, on a t3/t4 and some 450cc injectors. on 14 psi i hit 301hp and 276 trq.
