Default 86mm gives how many HP over stock 81mm's

im not too sure if the sleeving the block with bigger piston will dramatically increase horsepower.

have anybody gotten major horsepower out of this?

yeah... if it didnt gain nothing why would people go with higher displacement?

usally gain more mid-range and torque

How are we supposed to be able to answer this question for you? Whats your definition of "dramatically"? 86mm is quite a bit larger over 81mm. Common sense says the more volume you can fit in the cylinder the more power it will develop. No one here is going to be able to tell you "You will get 54hp @ 2643rpms"... so don't bother asking.
