thats right.they are direct bolt on..and intake manifold is a bit complicated cause the fuel rail..injectors..etc..other than that..direct bolt on.yes
what kind of engine are u working on?

I think the OP is looking for torque specs and the torque sequence.
Usually the rule is start by snugging them hand tight, then go half of the final torque, then the final torque. Start in the middle and cross outwards. As for how much to torque them to I can't help you my manual is at the other shop.

the only manual i have is for a b18 but should be the same its 23 ft lbs of tourque for the header and the intake manifold is says 17 ft lbs of tourque
yup thats what i did and got it installed first time doing this but i got a hand......pretty simple and like the feeling of the car now... better than the crack headers i had.... LoL
I was thinking about purchasing a new intake mani. for my 92 civic si. I already have a set of stailess steel headers on it, but my main concern was whether or not the amount of money i would be spending on an upgrade like that would be worth it? How much of a difference did you feel after you were done? Any regrets?
