The advantage is loosing a few pounds of rotational mass driven off the crank. If you eliminate them, you also loose a few pounds of weight right inside the engine. If you don't care that much about weight savings, just pull the belt off of the BS gears.

usually for usdm the h22a1 is the solid deck and the h22a4 is open deck. yes has to be sleeved to run aftermarket pistons, unless you run the Mahle pistons made for FRM sleeves. but arent you building a pro- all motor car? you should be sleeving something instead of trying to go with stock sleeves if you really want to compete. is this for the drag car you are building? and yes its worth it to take out the Balancing shafts. less weight. Kaizenspeed.com sells the kit for it.

yes, you can use the oversized pistons, just be sure that the machine shop the overbores the cylinders knows how to PROPERLY bore and hone FRM. You cannot do it like normal iron sleeves.

let it be known that the kaizenspeed kit does not come with the spacer to eliminate the balancershaft tensioner. You will have to make a spacer yourself or you will need to find a shorter stud.

PLEASE please learn how to type so people can understand you. use periods and comma's to separate different thoughts. It makes it alot easier for people with education to understand you.

balancer shafts are strictly used by honda for comfort. removing them does no harm to the motor, it just increases engine vibration.
