Which bushings do I load on Rear suspension?

Which bushings do I load on Rear suspension?
Ok I know that before u torque down certain bolts that u need to put a jack under the lca and torque them at ride height.
Which bushings do I need to do this to on the rear? Just the three bolts on the LCA, and the the 1 on the upper arm that connects to the trailing arm?
Any others?
