Well...
the Tl was never offered in a manuel until 04. Your car and the 04 are different. HOnda did however offer a 6 speed in the 03 CL. So, buy one of those and all the parts you'll need to convert it, spend some money and time and you'll have a maneul TL. Or just find an 03 CL-S with a 6 speed and leave it at that
