look i just bought a 96 civic ex shell for dirt cheap and the owner said it was having electrical. to start off the interior lighting didn't work but i just replaced the indash fuse box and now its working fine but how come my tail lights don't work. even when i brake it doesn't work. there is no motor or ecu in the car as of right now though. is it because i dont' have a ecu that its not working or could it be electrical wiring? PLEASE HELP ME and let me know. i've been searching for 96-00 civic tail lights diagram and wiring but has had not luckm so i don't know how to fix the problem.
