What would you pay for this Del Sol shell?
PLEASE VOTE. SCROLL BELOW PICTURES FOR POLL.
1997 Del Sol S. 136,000 miles. No wheels/exhaust with it. Starting to rust.
Comments appreciated.

Little rust starting

Painted parts

Bottle holes? Some interior pieces are loose (arm rest center console).
What is this (non rolling) shell worth? Not rolling because those expensive steelies are mine.

Paint looks good in pictures but the shop that did it is... well, I'll just say "new" to bodywork. There are runs and the quarters were done less than a year ago and rust is coming through. I'll be redoing quarters at least.

For me, the asking price would all depend on the top as well. How bad does it leak? (Because us sol owners all know that the tops are notorious for leaking) If it leaked a lot, than I would pay around $700-$800. For a well sealed top - I would pay close to $1000.
Looks great though.

I've never paid more than 750 with a bottle of jack and a 24 pack of coors FOR ANY non rolling shell
A few years back I got a freshly painted CRX (painted at an earl schieb but still)with a JDM front end bumper and lights, semi gutted(everything from right behind the seats back) for 600 (I had to bring my own shocks/springs AND wheels though)

$500 gets my vote

pull up the carpet behind the seats and make sure it's not rusted through.
