That is very common and completely normal for lowering springs.

My Gsr sits uneven too..i don't know why?..i already checked and double checked..everything installed properly...first time i noticed that when i had H&R springs....i thought my spring got some defect or something and then i replaced them with eibach pro kit...still did the same thing..i was like..wtf?..i replaced them with Tein Basic couple months ago..with all the perches sit on the same position..still did the same thing..my driver side is always lower than passenger side....i don't care anymore but i am curious what cause of this as i heard a lot of stories about Hondas intend to sit lower on the driver side..or probbaly we all need to get some kind diet program from Jenny Craig
more than likely whoever put your struts on tightened the lca bolts while the car was off the ground. this will cause it to sit uneven. you need to put the bolts almost all the way in then put full weight of the car on the suspension, then tighten the bolts. if you do it with the car in the air it will preload the bushings causing the uneven stance.
check the bushing on the rear trailing arm, if its busted then it will cause the car to sag. happen to my 92 integra and i replaced the bushing at all was fine
hey you should also think about getting a camber kit for you car to beacause I noticed mine did it to until I put a camber kit and all that stuff and it went away and it's even
