Default Transmission question

recently my 1999 accord DX has been having some transmission issues.

normally its pretty easy to put into gear and drive around. but i noticed now once in a while it almost impossible to put into gear sometimes and i even had to pull over it was so bad. But once i turned off the car, and played with the shifter, then turned it back on, it was fine the rest of the time i was driving.

my question is, do i just need to do a tranny flush? or is it something else

keep in mind its a 5 speed 1999 accord dx

If you can shift with the engine off and hard to shift with engine running, it's an indication of clutch not fully disengaging.
Check your clutch components for leaks. If no leaks, try bleeding the clutch.

I was going to do that, but i then decided that i was going to have my buddys shop do it, so just in case, they could check for metal in it to find out if its from the tranny
