I would sell those god awful HIDs you got. 10,000k is ridiculous as it is, but in a non projector housing? Pulled over and LOTS of pissed off on coming traffic in your future.

10K HIDs probably put out less light than your stock lights would, not to mention there is no projector to focus the light toward the area you need to see, which HIDs absolutely need. If you want HIDs you should find some 4-6k and do a projector retrofit so they actually look good, your visibility isn't ****, and you don't have glare everywhere.
The color in the lights of cars with HIDs from the factory comes from the cutoff line btw, not the higher K. Higher K is just colored light which means less light output. You get the color when the bright light (lower K) goes through a projector and makes a cutoff line, which is also why they flicker to your eye when they changed angle....that's the cutoff line passing over your eyes. Above the cutoff is basically black, which makes it safe for other cars, but below it is super bright so you can see better. That's the whole point of HID.
This is what it's supposed to look like pointed at a wall:

and DJton5's:

Car looks pretty nice overall though...it's in great shape.

Yeah i know. I got 10k's because of the bluish tint to them K stands for Kelvin which means the higher the number the hotter it burns which makes it give off that blueish light. I could have gotten the projector lights but they look rice-ish... Idk maybe ill do it. Thanks for the H.I.D lessons though.

I think you must be confusing projectors with those aftermarket projector headlights they sell on ebay and stuff. Projectors are a part of an HID setup that kind of look like a camera lense. The HID bulb sits behind them and the projector focuses the light into the area it's supposed to go to and also gives it that shifting color along the top of the beam. The projector is fitted into the stock headlight (although older cars usually find lights with a clear lense) which is what people mean when they say retrofit.

10k hid's is overly worthless. 4300k is pure white. I have 6k and its perfect, anything above that is WORTHLESS imo. It looks terrible, glares like a mother, and just attracts unwanted police attention
