I have a questions about Spoon SW388s

So besides the spoons being way better, what are the differences physically between them and flat black slipstreams. I noticed that where the lug pattern is on the slipstreams there are other little oval holes. is there any other differences?

Do you mean visually? Not much, really. Since Rota only does replicas, they're designed to be almost identical in shape.
