i did a h22 h23 swap the h22 runs great with no v tech on the p14. as soon as i hook up the p13 it runs like crap. like it's running on 3 cylinders or something. no codes and i've checked the p13 in a friends car to make sure it works and tried his p13 still the same thing. has anyone ran into this problem? it is driving me nuts. this in in a 92 prelude si by the way. with a jdm h22a.
