Frame rail damage drivers side. And home remedy tool i can use to bend it up to straighen it?
It is bent down like and inch and i bought a new rad support and a new front end does anyone know what i can use? A 3 ton jack and some wood and jack it up on the rail? I shouldnt def heat it up?
you car going to need something to hold it in place, and i doubt you are going to get it back to "right" using this method. most likely.... go to a body shop, and have them put it on the frame rack to pull it back straight.
body shops charge by the hour...if the car is drivable, then bring it down to the body shop and have them roll it onto the frame straightening machine and straighten it.. shouldn't be more than two hours of work if its not bad like you claim...thats only $120 or so from an average shop. btw...even if the car doesnt run/drive, towing to and from the shop shouldn't be much, maybe another $100 or so. it's worth it to be able to have everything line up rather than half assing it and having a crooked lookin car with large uneven gaps in the body panels.

The best part about the chassis shop, assuming its a good one, they will have ALL the measurements for your chassis. My bro will be using one of his shop's manuals to help me see if my car is fine before I put the rad support on.
Worst thing you can do is weld it on, and find out something else is bent to hell. I'd rather spend 2-3 hours on a chassis rack than re-drilling all the spot welds out.
btw heating the metal w/o any control could anneal it, making it softer, or harden it, making it brittle. And I doubt that the car weighs enough for a jack to help much.

drive the car on a car trailer, chain the car down around the crossmember and around the other rail to hold the car down then jack it up with a 3 ton floor jack. presto instant frame rack
