hey i got a gsr or si muffler. one of the two but muffler tech said i cant do it but all my other friends say that they are chicken ****.. does it matter if the pipping has jdm tilt. i have this ugly muffler and im trying to make my hatch sleeper loook. help me

 

jdm tilt? dude, you can put what ever muffler on that you want, just gotta get correct reducer size to go from the neck of the muffler to the size of your stock exhaust ( which may need be trimmed a little )

 

Did you go to the mufflertech on florin? That place is completely clueless. They told me that they couldn't fit a 2006 Si muffler on my 2000 Si (they said it was too big and the piping was routed wrong ).

The next day I went to Specialized Exhaust in Elk Grove and they were more than happy to make it work for me. I would recommend that place over muffler tech any day...not just because of their inability to cut and weld a pipe and some hangers on, but also because they made me feel like a dumbass for trying to put a muffler from a different car on mine . Anyway, you're in elk grove and I think you should pay them a visit. Here's a link to their business info.
