Pistons -- TODA, JUN, JE, SRP, Arias, Honda OEM (ITR, JDM ITR, CTR)
Rings -- Honda OEM
Rods -- Eagle, Crower, Honda OEM (ITR)
Rod Bolts -- ARP
Head Studs -- ARP
Head Gasket -- Honda OEM, TODA, Cometic
Bearings -- Honda OEM
Oil Pump Gear -- TODA

Just make sure you find a good shop to do the rebuild.

These are all good recommendation by green_GSR. But my first question would be what is your plan for the engine (NA, turbo, supercharger)? If you go all motor how much compression are wanting to run (if mild compression), then there really is no need to upgrade the stock rods. If you are not wanting to increase the compression, then there is no need to upgrade the pistons. Just some things to think about.

Don't forget:

Head work
Cams -- JUN, Toda, Skunk2
Intake manifold -- Skunk2
Throttle body -- Type-R, Spoon

are the OEM rings and bearings suitable for a turbo buildup?
