Default new to importationism

have a 96 civic hatch. 1st and most unimportant is where is the obd2 dlc and 2nd is with all these bolts ons, do they bolt straight up the the trans? i been looking at a b18 for my civic cuz there happens to be so many at the junk yard. is there a link or something that could lead me to more info on that? do i need to move mounts around or do any welding or drilling? would my stock manual trans be ok with it?

BIG QUESTION! if u dont want to reply to any of that bs up top just answer me this. my clutch was slipping and had very little play of engagement/disengagement so i put a clutch in it and it doesnt slip at all but it feels like a racing clutch, has like 1 inch of play in it. the fork moves according to the clutch pedal movement so its a problem after the fork, any hints, tips or anything would be awesome. if u just read all this and want ur 2 minutes of life back, im sorry

if ur looking at a b18b ls motor, its a direct drop in with a few required parts such as axels, half shaft, and a rear t bracket from a 99-00 si. along with the ecu of course.

correct boys?

your going to have to read on your own for awhile before anyone is going to answer your questions considering how broad they are...

I dont understand what exactly the problem is with your clutch it sounds fine to me, you just dont like how it feels? I might not understand what your asking tho

read the links at the top of the honda civic thread that are stuck at the top most of them are FAQ you find most answers there...

i drive for a living i think i know how a clutch is supposed to feel. its not supposed to have all its engagement within 1 inch of pedal movement. i already did a pedal adjustment its not that. its something after the fork i can see it move through the slave cylinder boot.

The data port is on the driver's side near the fuse box and hood pop.
