you take the old one off, and you put the new one on.
Why buy something like that if you cant figure out how to install it?

take off anything that gets in the way. the rail is only on there with 2 nuts, you dont even have to disconnect the line, just swing it out of the way. it's pretty straight forward, but if you dont have the right tools, it'll be a bitch to get to some of the bolts/nuts holding it on there.

Honda sells this fantastic book. Its aqua green, and looks like this:

Its like..... 75 bucks from handaaccessories.com or available on the internet through your favorite download channels. It'll tell you how to take the entire car apart. Perhaps you should get one of them. It will save you the trouble of coming back here and telling us that you tried to do it, but the car runs like **** because it now has a vaccum leak because you didnt put it back together right.
In short, Undo the wire harness, the fuel rail, the throttle cables, the AC and PS hose brackets, the throttle body itself and then remove the bolts from the brace brackets on the block, then the fuel rail stiffener and then the 8 or so bolts and nuts that hold the manifold and the injector plate onto the block. Then put all of the sensors and hoses back where they go, wonder why the KMS manifold doesnt have enough holes for them, then try and figure out what to do with them, then do something with it, then start the car and wonder why the CEL is on, scan the CEL, ponder how to shut it off, then let the car run long enough that you can drive it, at which point you'll wonder one of 2 things.... why is the CEL on again? or why does the car feel like it has no power? At this point, you'll come to the realization you need 2 things. Something to tune the car with, and a turbo to make use of a short runner manifold with a brick of a plenum that directs air nowhere.

Why did I just waste all that bandwidth? In short, you wasted $500 on something you didnt need and wont do anything, because you're missing the rest of the puzzle

hey thanks for the info boilermaker1, but just for your info; im in the process of a build. I didn't plan to ask or tell anyone of my project. All i was asking for was for a little help from you and anyone else on this site and not be jackasses about it.

This would be my first build and if it's not done right then too bad for me, at least im trying for myself, and smart asses like you are gonna give me crap about not knowing what to do and how im wasting my money should mind your business and just help me with what i need help with.

my parts:
t3/t4 turbo
dezod exhaust manifold
KMS intake manifold
Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator w/ return line in the process
AEM EMS with UEGO wideband
577 srt-4 fuel injectors
magnaflow exhaust
K&N filters
stage 3 ACT clutch and flywheel
crower rods
wiseco pistons
REVO shortshifter
tokico racing struts
brembo slotted rotors w/ hawk pads
etc...

i've been saving a great deal of money to do this project and if im gonna do this, im gonna do this right

just takes time, patience, and the ability to not give up

so all im asking for throughout my build is help with what i need help with.

Thanks.

If the motor is coming out of the car, dont bother doing anything with it until it goes back in. Just leave it alone build it and put it all together at once, then tune it once rather than nickel and diming yourself and making your tuner wealthy. The engine will come out with the IM on, then you'll see how to get it off. Throw a crower valvetrain and bigger cam in the head while you got it off.
I'm not trying to be a jackass, but I do know what I'm doing, and its both irritating and annoying when people want to do one thing, then magically leave off the rest of the story.
lesson 2 of building stuff: do it all at once, do it right the first time.
lesson 3 of building stuff: dont ask for help then not post all the details.
lesson 4 of building stuff: when asking for help, its best to not **** off the ones who know the answers.
Noobs come on here all the friggin time asking stupid ****. We dont read minds, we can only work with what we get. You dont give it all up, we dont know. There's no such thing as a super secret build. Everything straightforward has been done before.
