Just the front fairing and this one has handlebars. The S has clip ons for a more sporty ride...personally I hate them.

Nothing else

The S has differing sprockets. The naked is geared +1 in the rear in comparison. Not a whole lot of difference.

Still for sale. Does anyone know if Suzuki buys bikes from people? I really need to get rid of these bikes.

No. Ebay is risky because its expensive to sell vehicles, and I never see anything good on cycletraders and figured everyone else thought the same. So I never listed it there.

I'm not saying that it's not worth your asking price (because it's a clean bike and low miles) but maybe people aren't willing to pay that price for a SV?

you could try the WERA boards--they're always looking for SV's over there, but...i will warn you that SV's go for cheap on that board...

Good luck selling.

maybe I will look over at WERA. I honestly never thought an sv in this shape and miles would be so hard to sell.

they have such a following, because they last well, and they are something most everyone can afford......cheap. So guys like to find them a couple years old (like yours) but with 10-15k miles, and for 3k.

Low mileage isn't much of a selling point in bikes this common and cheap. You're also selling it in the middle of winter, cutting potential buyers at least in half.

That price is way high, especially since it's winter. I'd mark it down to $4500 come spring and be willing to take $4200 if you want to really sell.

The problem with that is if it's too high, people won't want to deal with you because they think you overvalue it and won't come down much.
