Clutch
My clutch is starting to slip in my 95 civic. Where is the cheapest place I can get an oem replacement? While I'm asking, what engine do I have? The car I believe is the ex model.
your engine is a D16z6 and for a replacement clutch you can get some real cheap ones if you just want the stock feel look on ebay or just google it i am sure some sites will come up, I dont have any on the top of my head the info you gave is too little, we have no idea how much you want to spend on it or what type of feel you want or if your car is a DD or not
id say for a good oem just go to auto zone or something. as for your engine, if it is an ex, yes its a d16z6. which is a single over head cam 1.6 liter vtec. and if you having it installed somewhere id look around for a reputable place. because most places will price match. so dont worry about that too much.

I'm doing the work myself. stock car. I will check craigslist and autozone. Anyone used an online vendor that was cheap? Or for that matter anyone have a used but good clutch for sale? This car is a total beater for me and I just want to it to run as long as possible.

if your not in a rush and you dont want to spend that much money look around on like everyone said craigs list this fourm and if anything just get a autozone one, you can get it for dirt cheap, if it was my daily driver i would do the same thing i know when i took my stock oem replacement clutch out i sold it for 30 bucks
you can get a used one pretty cheap. i wouldnt recommend it but hey if its a beater w/e lol. try less heard of places too like allparts and napa. they would probably be cheaper for a new one.

if you couldnt read the op and disifer that the car was pretty much stock you need to think a little more before you post.
