HELP... HID KIT

Default HELP... HID KIT

Trying to get an HID kit for my Si 07 but i don't know which one is for our car, what's the specification or i mean the bulb size for our Si's? And is an 8000K good enough? thanks

A retrofit is better than any HID plug and play kit. You'll end up with bad light distribution and glare.

But if you don't want to spend the kind of money to do it the right way, you want 9006. The higher K the more color and less light put out. Factory is at 4300k. You'd want to stay under 6000k, ultimately as close to 4300k as possible, to get the best light output.

^ that color temp is only good if you want to impress your friends, but in terms of light output, it goes down after 4300-6000k. good luck with your decision
