Default Annoying light knock... what could it be (see my diagnosis)

I've always had a knocking noise in the rear passenger suspension as I go over big bumps. Its happens more often when making a left turn on a bumpy road as the car sways left/right. Then, when I accelerate and jerk it, it would make a knock/pop noise.

I just did a rear disc conversion with 2000 Si components. The only thing left would be the Tokico blue and the body itself. What could it be? How can I diagnose it.

I have a similar situation as you with my 98 civic ex. I've roughly narrowed it down to the rear trailing arms...but it's been too cold out the past few weeks to get under there and really go to town and inspect. My guess is that a trailing arm bushing is the culprit.
