My 92 Integra LS Wont start...fuel problem?..
Car just wont start, but trys and all I can think of is the fuel pump...
I didn't know if anyone would have a idea of how I would know if I have a bad fuel pump or not...
New Fuel pump is like $130 and I have to drop the tank
,so I don't just want to go fixing something that might not be broke...
Any help would be great!...

Are you getting fuel at the fuel filter? Fuel rail? If not then its probably your fuel pump. The lines should hold pressure so try taking the inlet bolt off your fuel rail and a some fuel should spray out, if no fuel or very minimal fuel comes out then its more than likely your fuel pump. Have you checked for spark?

Start with your fuses, check the ones under your hood first. Second, can you hear your fuel pump turn on? You should hear it prime when you turn the car to the on position. Third, you don't drop your tank to get to your fuel pump. Back seats out, 6 bolts, 2 lines, and a harness and you're done. But I'd check your fuses first. If your fuses are fine, take your fuel filter banjo bolt out and see if it's priming.

I took a test light to the wires that go into the pump and I have power. Talking to some ppl, to change the fuel pump in a 90-93, I was told you have to drop the tank, but not in the 94+...No prime when I turn the key over...

Who ever told you had drop the tank for the 90-93 aka da9 don't know ****. changing the fuel pump is exactly like the 94+
no prime huh? check your main relay, its under the dash driver side under the left side. it has 8 wires going to it.

I took the relay out of my 88 civic (Was the same) and tryed it and still nothing. It all seems to lead to the fuel pump and now that I don't have to drop the tank, I think ill just get a new pump and drop it in.

Spend 10 minutes and trouble shoot this following steps in a Helms manual...I had the SAME issue...THOUGHT it was the fuel pump and it ended up being a combination of main relay and ECU. How both died at the same time?? Your guess is as good as mine but the trouble shooting steps are what led me to figure it all out. BOTH the ECU and MAIN RELAY can and will cause your fuel pump to NOT work.
