The problem is you are driving too slow.
Solution?
Haul *** everywhere.

Does this happen in all gears at 3000-4000 RPM?

It is something in your engine if the RPM is the key factor.

and its not in every gear. Its not in first, during second around2200 rpm the drivers side front of the car shakes like a bitch then stopes after 4000 rpms.....

i would do this, but i don't think it's your problem as it would happen at different RPMs.

i would start here as it requires little effort. my tie rod end on my driver side is shot to hell and i'm getting vibrations when i turn to the left and now just going straight at different speeds (do you?). (the only thing holding me back from fixing it is the damn cold weather and my procrastination
)

i dunno about at the same speed. i can put it in 5th at 1000 rpms and get up to 5000 but between 2900 and 4000 it shakes. lug nuts are good. tie rods are good. could be a wheel bearing.

I'm betting axles too. When I got my car, it had a bad axle that caused the car to shake like hell. I then changed it, and it improved alot...but the shake is still slightly there....damn autozone remans....
