My 96 civic ex was stolen from me and the F***ing theives stole my wiring harness! I bought a new ignition switch and a harness for it to at least crank it up. I installed the harness and I found out that the ground connection was spliced. I cut a sheath for the 3 ground wires on the harness and screwed in a long bolt to where the harness is supposed to be grounded on the engine. With the 3 wires exposed i ran 3 alligator clips to the long bolt i put in the ground connection. I cranked it up and it ran like garbage... at first i thought it was a fuel problem and that was not the case. Any insight on this topic?

 

what have you checked?

spark plugs? etc? anything beisdes fuel?
