I have Skunk2 + Tokico Illumina's on my 95 GSR. Rides well. I like it. However you might want to try considering KYB or maybe even the standard Tokico. I honestly think the Illumina would be a bit more than you need for the street application.

The AGX aren't made for my car, and I live in a very mountainous community with bad roads, so I need all the suspension help I can get.

if you have bad roads you might want to reconsider the skunks...
they are pretty stiff and they are starting to annoy me

The original Skunkworks coilovers works pretty well for me on the road course plus Tokico blues. On the other hand, the Skunks may be a little too stiff on public roads and might annoy you. Look at your options and see what suits you best.

What would you recommend? Ground Controls?

I am going to buy this setup tomorrow, so I would like any info possible.

Thanks again guys and gals.

I've got Skunk2 and KYB AGXs on my car and it is a little stiff but tolerable on the roads around here. And we do have some shitty roads. If you think it's too stiff you can always replace the springs with softer ones from Eibach.

Skunks and Illumina's will be a stiff combo. Going w/ the non-adjustible Tokico blues is a really bad idea. I'd consider the GC/Koni Yellow combo for a G2teg. Other than going w/ a full coilover system I believe that to be the most logical set-up. But I know some people w/ Skunk2/Koni and that's pretty decent too.

I have the H&R sport springs on Koni Yellows and it's an adequate set-up for street. Not too low though (perfect my rough a$$ driveway). I used to have H&R sports on Illuminas and like the Koni's much better. However the Illuminas were pretty good too.
