Not the ITR/CTR boots. If you use a stock EM1 boot, it will.

I got a brand new OEM '97 EX shift **** for my '97 EX's B&M ST shifter - and I have to say, I don't see a need for getting others - though I hear the GSR one is bad-***. Though a shift **** from Honda is surprisingly cheap.

I still have the stock one, and i didnt get it from the dealer. Friend gave it to me when he get a Sk2 shiftknob. Its grippy
I gave it a shot cause my stock 97 one is worn looking and this was nice and clean looking, so i figured why not.

Truth; an expensive lesson learned by me. The stock 99-00 Si, 97-01 USDM ITR and NSX shift boots have a fitting collar at the top that those factory ***** can snap into.
I bought a HOP ITR **** with red stitching thinking it would snap into the JDM CTR/ITR boot with red stitching; no dice! There is no USDM shift boot with that fitting collar with red stitching, so you either have to:
1.) Use any of those red stitching clip-in ***** with USDM black boots (looks kind of lame if you ask me).
2.) Take one of those fitting collars from a stock boot and put it on a JDM CTR/ITR or custom stitched boot.
