Default Drag Radial Tire

I need help picking a set of tires to get me down the 1/4 with my 185 hp motor. My wheel option is 14’ HX wheels and 15’ Drag DR16. I’m still debating which wheel to use at the track. I need a set of tires what would hook up well. My car is a 94 EG hatch at stock height still. So please share you view and experience with me. What tire sizes do you like, tire pressure, and results? Thanks.

Wow, 14' and 15' wheels, those are some BIG wheels..... jk.

I'd run the 15s because there's more tire options available.

I would go w/ 15" and run something like the BFG Radials in 205/50/15. They run $115 each @ tirerack.com. Those have an overall diameter of 23". If you want a smaller diameter go w/ 14", but I think they would work well. I used them when I was running 202hp and they were excellent tires.
