ok so this is how my car sits as of now. its on skunk2 coilovers and tokico illumina struts, 15 inch slips with a 195/50/15. the question i have refers to the ride and the upper arms. now if im drivin on the interstate doing 60 mph and hit a bump its fine, a nice stiff ride with no rubbing or bottoming out of any kind. now if im in town just riding slow at like 40 mph and hit a small potthole or bump in the road i hear a hard knock sound that sounds like bottoming out. i dont think its the struts bottoming out because then it would do it on the interstate also. i have a feeling its something to do with the upper arms hitting the uppers body where the struts mount up. if i buy the aftermarket adjustable arms, such as skunk2 or blox, will that give it more travel due to them being slimmer in profile or do i just need to lift the damn car? or will the blox and skunk 2 make it worse and dent the hell out of my shock mounts.cause i see plenty of dumped cars and i know they all cant ride around like that. any help is appreciated.

 

most, if not all, aftermarket arms would make it worse. They push the balljoint out further. Raise the car up and see if that helps.
