Default anti theft code and CTR parts

Where can I purchase a genuine CTR shift boot, and is there anyone out there that can get an anti theft code for my radio serial number # m98f317188

For the code you can go to Honda. For the boot, idk if PJDM stuff is real. JDMSHiT.com.....

Egay has them as well usually you can find them cheaper on there. just look for one still in Honda OEM bag

Thanks, I know Honda can get you the code, but this radio isn't out of my car, so they won't give the code to me without the title, which I don't have.
