heres my story.. just got the car recently from a relative... every time i take the car out for a drive.. while im driving the car... the lights would start dimming out and the car and would lose power... and it would make the car stall... and the battery would always get drained out... wondering wats the problem? and how much would it cost? or if there is a professional on here who would guide me through to fix it?... cuz, i would like to do it on my own... would i need a scan tool? but please help??? no joking around, just real answers please.. i need this car fixed as soon as possible... thank you

 

by any chance , do you the info on the car? like, if it was park long . but anywho. could be the battery or the alternator, Autozone offer a free battery test and alternator test on ur vechicle, you should get dem a visit

 

sounds like altenator or your battery is just drained of juice. listen to this guy, go to autozone and get both of them tested. gl

 

before doing that, make sure the alt belt is tight and not glazed over. it may be just a loose of bad belt
