just go buy the manual. there is so much info in that thing, its worth every penny of the $80ish

I could have sworn somebody just this week posted up with a link to the an online version of the 97 ITR Helm manual in PDF, but I cannot find the thread (maybe moved or deleted?). If I do I shall link you right away.

 

The one he is looking for is the helms that is on Honda's service website that I posted before in this thread but it was deleted. I already pm'd him the link.
