Hid Wiring harness(do i need it)
i got my hid kit.
it came with everthing including the hid wiring harness(the one that plugs to the battery)
do i really need it.
how would this help
will help the light ouput or something

yes, you should use it. it makes it so you are drawing current directly from the battery, and not through the stock wires. The stock wires are not designed for the startup power needed for an HID capsule. The only thing you will be using the stock wire for is to trigger your relay, and you will only use one of the stock plugs (likely the passenger side, since it is closest to the battery.
I've been running my old skol HID ballast directly from my stock harness for about 3.5 years now without any problem. I know a few other people that I've done retrofits for who have done the same and don't have any problems with their lights either
you can run ballasts from your stock wires....but dont let me hold responsible for anything that happens to your car....

I ran my old HID kit on stock wires also, with just changing the stock 10A headlight fuses to 20A with no problems.
However, I decided to make a harness for my HID retrofit because I didn't like how Honda runs the current for the headlights through the main headlight switch, and doesn't use relays like Toyota does. So I made my own harness using 2 relays, one for each side of the car.
