they are made by Raybrigs. i used to have a set, but i sold them. they hold H3 bulbs. pretty good spread, but don't expect it to go far.

Fog lights aren't meant to put out a long light beam, but rather a short, wide beam to light up the sides of the road, and to also fill in the dark area that's typically right in front of the bumper with halogen headlights.

I run some cheap Pilot amber H3 projector fogs on my 98+ front end. I like how they look, but they're pretty useless with my HID retrofit.

Shoot that pic was taken with one of my dad's previous cameras, can't remember which one lol... maybe his old Nikon CoolPix 5000 point-n-shoot.

The other 2 were taken with my Canon SD450 point-n-shoot

Those were the UKDM OEM fogs for the ITR. Yea they do look pretty cool. I don't know if I would want to cut up my OEM front lip, though.

My foglights use regular clear H3 bulbs. The lenses have an ion coating that looks blue from the outside when off, but it actually filters out the blue part of the spectrum so that the light coming out looks yellow/amber.
