Default new si dash... plugs?

well i swapped an 91 si dash into my 88 std and its a pain in the *** to say the least. but i'm having trouble figuring out some elictrical connections underneath the dash. one plug fit fine i beleive it was a blue one but there are 2 that dont fit that are different sizes i was wondering what they go to and is it possible to switch connections like wire a up a new one? o and my gas gauge and temp gauge dont work along with my tach and ac heat control lights, but the lights on my spedo and everything else work like turn signals and brake light, im guessing those are it but im not to sure.... here are some pics of what isnt fitting

here are the two connectors

here are where they connect where their not fitting

and heres some random plug? dont know what it is but its located towards the left of the fuses

88 and 91 dash harness dont match.. you have to switch your 91 dash harness to your 88...

its wired for a tach anywase. you could either use a 88-89 cluster and everything will plug in or cut off the cluster plugs and get the 90-91 plugs to use the 90-91 si cluster you have. search for wire diagrams there everywhere. all the wire colors are the same too.
