Default rear disc brake swap. use eg6 ebrake cable?

hello, I have changed the rear caliper before on an integra, but never on a civic. i just remove the pin that holds the cable to the spring loaded caliper. is it the same way on the eg6? i can get a conversion from an integra, but it doesn't come with the cable.

also, i thought drum brakes are not hydraulics. or am i wrong?

i read somewhere that the ebrake cable are of different length and for a integra to civic rear disc swap to work, u need the integra cable.

however, the position of the caliper and drum are gonna be at the same location so shouldn't I be able to use the same cable when i do the swap?

that is what i am asking. thanks man!

the rear caliper on a civic and integra are the same. replacing the caliper and cable will take the same steps.

as for the cable, they are all the same. ranging from 92-00 civic and 94-01 integra.
i believe the 90-93 integra are slightly different, but the rear trailing arm and brakes are the same.

and for the drums, yes they are hydraulic, always have (that i know of).

yes rear drums are hydraulic. the only thing that isnt is the parking brake itself.
